Thank You!
It is with gratitude, excitement, and anticipation that I share that we are poised to win our race for Supervisor. District 3 is ready for new leadership, and it is on the way.
Throughout this campaign, I’ve had the privilege of speaking with thousands of residents from every corner of our district. At every turn, I have been reminded of why it is so important for us to have a strong, safe, and vibrant San Francisco. With the eyes of so many across the nation upon us, we must show that we can achieve results in ways large and small to continue to be a city that we are proud of.
This victory did not come overnight. After our close race in 2020, I asked you to stay with me, to keep working, and to keep believing in a better future for our district. Today, we’ve taken a significant step forward to realizing this.
We ran a campaign that stitched together diverse communities who all share a common belief in a better San Francisco. I can say with confidence that District 3 is ready to make our best San Francisco through affordable housing, vibrant merchant corridors, and effective government services. We proved that a positive, solutions-focused campaign could inspire people across the district. I’m immensely proud that we chose to campaign on ideas and vision rather than division.
All year, I was lucky to be surrounded by an incredible team and spirited volunteers. Amy led the way as our fearless Campaign Manager while Tomio steered our field operations with precision to ensure we reached everyone, everywhere. Through the most strenuous and stressful moments, our community continued to show up in countless ways. To my family, especially my wife Chelsey, thank you. Your support and partnership makes everything possible.
To be sure, there is difficult and taxing work ahead of us. My promise to you is to bring the same commitment, passion, energy, and discipline to the office that we sought to embody in this campaign. You deserve nothing less, and San Francisco deserves fresh ideas and urgent action to move our city forward to brighter days.
With gratitude,
Danny Sauter
